Been a little busy lately

Good things have been happening. First, I had my first clients, a huge step for me from the sofa to the outside world. It was great meeting these people and getting to know them more, hopefully this leads to greater things.

Second, I got selected under a mentorship program by nac and this means, I got me own little spot in a joint exhibition next Feb. Yay! This mentorship really led me to explore the finer aspects of photography, and it has been wonderful meeting all these new awesome people and also, having my own little project to expand on.

I hope the positive vibes don’t run out. I am eager to run out and gather these little fairy dust!

I think we should all lie back and bask in the sun once in a while. Just like you.

Where does one turn to when all she wants is a good strong mug of teh tarik and some slurpy mee soto after midnight?

There is a huge difference between solitude and loneliness.

Sometimes you get too carried away. You prefer to be a floating leaf down a stream of water, holding on to the slightest grasp of gravity accorded to you. You enjoy the momentary gusts of wind that lift you and place you gently on the gushing surface. Anything less and you might just drift away.

Other than that, I do hope I emerge from my dusty state of inertia soon. And actually get some real work done.
